Name That Village !
Be that proud person who named a place in the homeland on behalf of UK Armenians

Read about AGBU London's building of a new village in Artsakh.

The new village will need a name and we invite all members of the British Armenian community to participate in our competition to find a suitable Armenian name.

Below is a reply slip. You may submit one name. The prize itself is a donation.

The Branch Secretary, who will not be permitted to take part in this competition, will receive all the submissions and compile a list of all the suggestions without the names of the people who submitted them. The Executive will therefore not know who has submitted the names.

The Executive, excluding the Secretary, will consider the list and decide the winning name. In the event of a number of people submitting the same winning name, a draw will take place to choose the lucky winner.

The winner will be announced in November 2004.

If enclosing a cheque please make it payable to AGBU London - Norashen Project. Any money raised will be added to the existing £30,000+ fund for the project. Every penny donated will go directly to build the village.
